Cancellation and Refund Policy for HillShopz.com

At HillShopz.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we accept cancellations and issue refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hillshopz.id@gmail.com with your order details. Once we confirm your cancellation, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still return the product following our Return Policy guidelines.

2. Return and Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, certain items such as opened or used herbal products, personal care items, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned. Please contact us for clarification before making a purchase if you are unsure.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

3. Refund for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hillshopz.id@gmail.com . We may require photos or other documentation to process your claim. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at hillshopz.id@gmail.com

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.
  • Contact Your Bank: If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.
  • Still No Refund?: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hillshopz.id@gmail.com.
