1. Order Cancellation

- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may still return the product following our Return Policy guidelines.
2. Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns of products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
